Residential Housing Counseling Agency (RHCA) was founded by its Executive Director, Daniel Mushala, in August 2015. RHCA is a non-profit organization. Our primary function is to assist Prince George's County, MD families with housing counseling which includes home buyer education and post purchase education, foreclosure prevention, financial education and community development. 

Vision Statement

Our vision is to continue providing free or low cost housing counseling, financial education, foreclosure prevention services to all Prince George’s County residents with products that meet today’s economic climate.

 Mission Statement

Residential Housing Counseling Agency is a community based non-profit organization enhancing the quality of life by providing housing counseling, financial education, and foreclosure prevention services to eligible Prince George’s County residents.
